How many calories is your diet plan? 

The diet plan that we offer is a 1000 calorie plan. If an individual's daily requirement of calories is not met, the body will compensate by drawing on its own reserves, such as fat storage and lean body tissue to maintain its energy requirements. To maintain lean body tissue while on a calorie restricted diet, it is recommended to consume between 80 to 120 grams of protein daily. Protein supplements must contain high quality protein with a proportional ratio of carbohydrates, low calories, and should contain essential amino acids.
