Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I’m not sure if I just received a bad batch or if something has changed but these pancakes came out completely flat every time. I’ve purchased these many times and they have always “fluffed” up, but this shipment was always flat. Very disappointing.

I really like them. Have them often for breakfast.
