Blueberry Mug Cake

Our blueberry mug cake makes a quick, delicious dessert in just a couple of minutes in the microwave. These are truly a delightful treat! Each servings comes packed with 15g of protein, low calories and low sugar. Available in 5 different flavors!

 Ingredients: 

Inulin, Soy Protein, Milk Protein, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein, Rice Flour, Egg Whites (dried), Olive Pomace Oil, Triglycerides (medium chain), Natural Flavor, Blueberry, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose, Caramel Color, Soy Lecithin.

Contains soy, milk, eggs. Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), peanuts and tree nuts.

Directions: 

1. Pour 1.5 ounces of cold water into a microwave safe mug. 

2. Add the contents of one packet.

3. Stir with water. 

4. Microwave for 30 seconds or more until your desired texture is obtained.
